Important Notice: Intermittent Email Delivery Issues

We are currently aware of intermittent issues affecting the sending and receiving of emails between Cardiff Council and some external organisations.

Our IT team are actively investigating this, and whilst it has been identified an external issue, the root cause is yet to be identified.

If you send an email and it fails to deliver, you should receive an automated "Undeliverable" notification in your inbox. Should this occur, please retain the message and try sending your email again once the issue has been resolved.

For urgent matters, we recommend using an alternative method of communication where possible, such as via our website form.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve the issue. Further updates will be provided as soon as additional information becomes available.
