The re-tender for SEWH4 was managed by the City of Cardiff Council and the shortlisted contractors were invited to tender on 6th June 2022.
Contracts were awarded on 4th January 2023, with Contractors providing a range of Civil Engineering, Ground Investigation, Drainage and Cleansing and Highways Construction Services on the framework.
